What's the minimum monthly budget to get started?

We generally recommend a minimum of $1,000/month in media spend to generate statistically meaningful data within a reasonable timeframe. Below that, optimization cycles are too slow to be useful. Management fees are separate from media spend.

How long before I see results?

Paid campaigns typically show early signals within 2–3 weeks. Meaningful optimization data — enough to make confident channel and creative decisions — usually comes at the 30–45 day mark. We set honest KPI timelines on the strategy call.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You always own your ad accounts. We request advertiser-level access to run campaigns on your behalf. If you stop working with us, you keep everything — the account, the data, the campaign history.

Is media spend included in the package price?

No — and we're upfront about that. Media is always billed at cost directly to your account. We never mark up platform charges. Package pricing covers strategy, setup, creative production, and management only.

What does success look like?

Success is defined on the strategy call before anything launches — by you. We build the KPI framework around your actual business goal: cost per call, ROAS, cost per booked appointment, cost per new customer. Not vanity metrics.

What does NOS.io do?

NOS.io is the distribution automation layer we use to run campaigns programmatically across CTV/OTT, social, and display. It handles pacing, placement optimization, and frequency control automatically — so budget doesn't run out unevenly or on poor-performing placements.

Do I need existing video to get started?

No. Our Visual production team can build the creative from scratch as part of the campaign. We scope production and distribution together so everything is optimized for the channels it's running on.

How fast can a campaign go live?

Typically 1–2 weeks from intake to launch for Starter and Growth tracks. Full Funnel setups may take 2–3 weeks depending on creative production needs. Rush timelines available in select cases.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes — white-label partnerships for agencies and direct collaboration with in-house teams. Custom scopes available for multi-brand portfolios.

What are your payment terms?

Typically 50% deposit to start, balance due at launch or on delivery. Cards, ACH, and checks accepted. PO and net terms available for enterprise and agency clients.
